Getting In Home Care Is As Easy As :

1

Initial Call and Intake

This is the first step in the care process where we gather information as a preliminary assessment. We then schedule an in home meeting with our client and their family.

During the in-home meeting we further assess the needs of our client and come up with an individualized care plan.

2

Individualized Care Plan

Our individualized care plans are specific to each client. Based on our assessment notes and client needs, we come up with a recommended plan of action.

We then have another meeting with our clients and their families to review the individualized care plan. Once we are all on the same page we move forward with the home caregiver match.

3

Caregiver Match

Now that you have approved the home care plan, we will start matching our care givers and nurses with our client. We have a specific algorithm that helps us in this match making process.

All family caregivers and nurses will have book that they will write all care notes in. We also have a supervisory nurse that makes regular unannounced visits during care hours.

*if for some reason you would like to change a caregiver for your loved one we can match them with someone else*

All of our employees have verified current car insurance, are covered by workman’s compensation and are fully insured. Social Security and I-9 verification are completed.

  • How do we get started?

It is as easy as calling 678-545-4860 to notify us of your needs. The free initial assessment will be completed by one of our experienced registered nurses.

  • Do I need to pay money upfront?

No. You will only pay for the services we provide once they have been provided and you are completely satisfied.

  • Are there a minimum number of required days and/or hours of service?

We offer a 1-hour per visit minimum which sets us apart. Additional hours and days can be added if the need arises up to full time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

  • Am I required to sign a long-term contract?

No. Unlike some companies, Quality Care Inhome Care Services does not lock you into a long-term contract, and you are only charged for the actual hours that one of our caregivers is in your home. You will need to sign a Service Agreement showing our commitment to provide the services you need and the days and times you choose. As needs may change, our nurse will always be available to reassess our clients and provide advice for changes in care. You can change or stop service at any time with no penalties.
